All food, supplement items are non-returnable due to safety reasons. If there is a quality or damage issue then please email us at info@birddogdepot.com and we will make certain you are taken care of properly. We want to keep you as a long term client and will do whatever we can to satisfy you and your companion's needs. We guarantee the quality of all consumables sent, and they will all have at least 4 months before the "Best by" date.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be a toy, a cup, a cage, or any other non-food or consumable item, be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return of unused, non-consumable products, we require an RGA # that we will issue when you email us at info@birddogdepot.com a receipt or proof of purchase.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
